Here’s my crazy Body Beast Doubles Hybrid which incorporates a little more insane cardio than the Book of Beast as well as doubling up in Phase 2… Have Fun!

PHASE 1/Block 1 – BUILD (3 weeks)

Week 1 –

Monday – BUILD:  Chest & Triceps

Tuesday – BUILD:  Legs + Beast Abs

Wednesday – BUILD:  Back and Biceps

Thursday – INSANITY MAX 30:  Cardio Intervals

Friday – BUILD:  Shoulders + Beast Abs

Saturday – P90X3:  MMX + Isometrix

Sunday – Yoga

 

Week 2 –

Monday – BUILD: Legs + Beast Abs

Tuesday – BUILD:  Back and Biceps

Wednesday – INSANITY MAX 30 :  Cardio Intervals

Thursday – BUILD:  Shoulders & Beast Abs

Friday – P90X3:  MMX + Isometrix

Saturday – BUILD:  Chest & Triceps

Sunday– Yoga

 

Week 3 –

Monday – BUILD:  Back and Biceps

Tuesday – INSANITY MAX 30:  Cardio Intervals

Wednesday – BUILD:  Shoulders & Beast Abs

Thursday – P90X3:  MMX + Isometrix

Friday – BUILD:  Chest & Triceps

Saturday –  BUILD:  Legs + Beast Abs

Sunday– Yoga

 

Phase 2/Block 2 – BULK (6 weeks) *one extra week… 😉

Where the fun begins…

Week 1 – 6 

Mondays – BULK:  Chest + BULK:  Back

Tuesdays – INSANITY MAX 30 – Cardio Intervals + Beast Abs

Wednesdays – BULK:  Shoulders + BULK:  Arms

Thursdays –  Cardio Variety Day (random….whatever mood I’m in….pick from Beachbody workout library) + Beast Abs

Fridays – BULK:  Legs + “Bonus Bi’s” (from 2nd half of BUILD:  Back & Bi’s)

Saturdays – P90X3:   MMX + Isometrix

Sundays – Yoga

 

Phase 3/Block 3 – BEAST (4 weeks)

Weeks 1 & 3

Mondays – BUILD:  Chest & Triceps

Tuesdays – BULK:  Legs + Beast Abs

Wednesdays – BUILD:  Back & Biceps

Thursdays – INSANITY MAX 30:  Cardio Intervals

Fridays – BUILD:  Shoulders + Beast Abs

Saturdays – P90X3:  MMX + Isometrix

Sundays – Yoga

 

Weeks 2 & 4

Mondays – BULK:  Chest & Back

Tuesdays – INSANITY MAX 30:   Cardio Intervals + Beast Abs

Wednesdays – BULK:  Shoulders & Arms

Prefer to do some other cardio program instead of what’s listed above?  Go for it!  I would much rather you do what YOU love and what works best for YOU!   My Crazy Body Beast Doubles Hybrid, may not be for you.  It’s just what’s working for me at the moment.  🙂
